i haven’t weighed myself for months. and i know i’ve gained some pounds but i am happier now. few months ago i was thinner but i was also much more miserable, scared and depressed. i don’t weigh myself anymore, i don’t even look at the scale and i think my life is better that way.
just thought i’d let you now since i’ve been absent for over a month and some...
